This renovation modernizes the University of Guelph’s South Residences with improved pathways, warm material updates, and a barrier-free exterior ramp. Respecting John Andrews' Brutalist architecture, the upgrades enhance universal access and mobility while aligning with the university's broader inclusion goals.
