Little Italy fourplex

As architect and lead consultant, we oversaw the transformative design of a century old Edwardian home into a modern and light-filled fourplex.

The design honours its heritage by blending original and new brickwork, integrating with the streetscape and preserving neighborhood charm.

What was once a vacant single-family home is now a lively fourplex with two family-sized and two bachelor units, each with their own ground-level entrance.
